REFILL REQUESTS

Enter the desired date span and click the “View Refills Submitted” button to see results of recent refill requests your pharmacy has received. If you want to notify the customer about their refill request, click the customer’s enabled notification method. There are three default messages you can send to your customers: one that indicates there is a problem with the refill request, another indicating the refill request is ready for pickup, and the last one indicating that a partial pickup is available. Please note that the messages can apply to multiple prescriptions per order, and therefore only one message needs to be sent per patient for each order.



Green indicates the patient's preferred communication method
